Important Please Read this Information before you enroll.

To Qualify for this course you must be an ACTIVE Licensed Florida Real Estate sales associate for at least 6 months within the last 5 years.

Active means, a licensed person must have been employed by a broker or government agency, (time with an owner-developer will not count)

You must be active for 12 months before sitting for the state exam.

If you have a Salesperson or Brokers license from any state and have been ACTIVE for at least 6 months within the last 5 years and been employed with a Real Estate Broker or Government Agency (owner-developer does not apply) you are qualified to enroll in our course.

If you were licensed as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate after Jan 1, 1989 you must have completed the Sales Associate 45 hour Post-License education.

  2. This course is totally web based. Everything you need to successfully complete this course is included online.
  3. Students can order a textbook as supplemental study material from our online bookstore.
  4. A passing grade of 70% is necessary for successful course completion.
  5. The only portion of this course that is timed is the end of course exam, you have three hours to complete the exam.
  6. If you fail the On-line end of course exam, you must wait must wait more than thirty days and less than one year before you can retake the end of course exam.
  7. You can review the course until the end of course exam is retaken after waiting the
    minimum of a 30 day waiting period.
  8. If the end of course exam is failed the second time, the student must retake the On-line course again and the student must pay the full tuition fee again.
  9. The On-line course can be taken and is available up to a year from the time of registration.
